  1. It's 2 bks of mie instan ayam bawang.
  2. You need 6 butir of bakso potong jd 2.
  3. It's 2 pasang of ati ampela.
  4. You need 2 butir of telur (ceplok).
  5. Prepare 1 ikat of daun ginseng.
  6. Prepare 1 batang of daun bawang iris serong.
  7. You need 1 buah of tomat potong-potong.
  8. Prepare 7 of cabe rawit.
  9. It's 2 siung of bawang putih cincang kasar.
  10. It's 3 siung of bawang merah cincang kasar.
  11. You need 1/2 sdm of kecap manis.
  12. You need 2 sdm of margarine.
  13. Prepare 1/2 sdm of garam.
  14. Prepare 300-350 ml of air mineral.

Mie Rebus Daun Ginseng Ati Ampela instructions

  1. Cuci bersih daun ginseng dan bahan2 lainnya, cincang dan potong2 semua bahan.
  2. Rebus ati ampela sampai matang,cuci kembali ati ampela dgn air mineral,kemudian potong2.rendam mie instan dlm air mendidih sampai agak lunak (Al dente),ceplok telor dgn margarine, sisihkan.
  3. Tumis duo bawang dgn margarine sampai harum dan kekuningan,masukkan ampela dan bakso tumis sebentar.
  4. Tambahkan air didihkan,masukkan daun ginseng,garam dan bumbu mie instan (sy pakai bumbu mie instan cuma 1 bks,cabe bubuk dan bumbu minyaknya sy pakai semua) aduk rata. Masukkan daun bawang,tomat,cabe rawit dan kecap manis masak sampai mendidih lalu tambahkan mie aduk rata dan masak sebentar aja dan angkat.
  5. Sajikan mie rebus selagi hangat jika kurang pedas bs di tambahkan bon cabe.
