Ingredients of Bika Ambon
- It's of Bahan A :.
- You need 350 ml of santan (sy 2 sachet santan kental @65 ml + air).
- It's 6 lbr of daun jeruk + 1 btg sereh.
- Prepare 1/2 sdt of garam.
- It's 1/2 sdt of kunyit bubuk (sy tambah 1 tetes pewarna kuning muda jg).
- Prepare of Bahan B :.
- You need 70 gr of tepung terigu.
- It's 150 gr of tapioka.
- You need 1 sdt of ragi instan.
- Prepare of Bahan C :.
- Prepare 3 butir of telur, kocok lepas.
- Prepare 1 sachet of Kental Manis (40 gr).
- You need 175 gr of gula pasir.
- You need of Bahan D :.
- It's 60 gr of margarine, cairkan.
Bika Ambon step by step
- Campur semua bahan A, rebus hingga mendidih. Saring, dinginkan.
- Campur bahan B. Tuang Santan, aduk dgn whisk hingga adonan halus & tdk bergerindil. Diamkan selama 15 menit.
- Campur dan aduk rata dgn whisk bahan C hingga gula larut. Tuang ke adonan tepung - santan. Tambahkan bahan D. Aduk rata. Diamkan selama 1 jam.
- Setelah 1 jam adonan akan sedikit naik dan timbul bubbles. Aduk sebentar Panaskan cetakan (oles tipis dgn minyak / margarine lalu lap tissue). Setelah cetakan panas, tuang adonan setinggi 3/4 cetakan. Tunggu muncul pori" lalu tutup. Masak dgn api kecil hingga matang.. Jika bagian atas msh sedikit basah bisa dibalik sebentar..
